Champions League and Europa League postponed over coronavirus, says UEFA
UEFA states that Europe's major football showcases are planned for May, as it has been postponed due to the COVID-19 crisis.
The finals of the Champions League, Europa League and Women's Champions League will be held back on a new date.
It accompanies domestic and international football across the continent as countries battle to stop the spread of the virus.
UEFA says they will "analyze the options available" and that a working group is already looking at the calendar for a possible date.
The Champions League season was halted on 13 March with four second-round matches, including Manchester City vs Real Madrid and Juventus of Lyon.
Meanwhile, the Europa League was halted with 16 teams still in the competition.
Last week, UEFA decided to postpone the European Championships, originally planned for June and July, until 2021.
The move was intended to prioritize the conclusion of domestic competitions across the continent.
It is unclear how Europe's elite football leagues will be resolved, but UEFA said their decisions were made in an "unprecedented solidarity move" to help the National League meet.
