The Daily Record claims that Lionel Messi has agreed to financial terms with Manchester City to get € 700 million (£ 623m / $ 834m) in five years if the green light is given.

Argentina has been offered an equity stake in Citi Football Group as a deal with Messi expected to spend three years with Messi before moving to New York City FC on behalf of MLS.
