How to overcome anxiety
     
Anxiety is the most common mental disorder. Most of the people have anxiety nowadays due to their stressful lifestyle. According to world anxiety statistics one in 13 people suffer from this disorder.
    Can’t we overcome anxiety? Of course yess! But for that we should follow and avoid some habits. I have prepared a list of Do's and don't for the people who is dealing with anxiety.






DO's
1. Exercise
- Exercise is an important part of bot mental and physical health. Exercise will keep your mind fresh

2. Have a sound sleep
- The main cause of anxiety is stress and we all know sound sleep is the only cure to any stress. So i recommend you to take 6 to 8 hrs of sound sleep

3. Spend time with your family
- Keeping all your work stress aside, manage some time to spend with your family. Your family members are the only one who understands you and your problem. Being and sharing with your loved ones make your stress less.

4. Eat a healthy diet
- your mental health is directly or indirectly related with what you eat. I suggest you to cut off caffiene from your diet and add nutritious food and green leafy vegetables.

5. Live in the moment
- Don’t waste any moment thinking about past or future. Try enjoying and living the moment because all you have is now.


DONT's
1. Don’t think too much
- I know its not easy to completely not think about anything but you should try to stop overthinking.

2. Avoid ciggrates, alcohol, weed etc.

3. Don’t do efforts on things that you can’t change.

4. Don’t try to do everything at once. Give time to things to be alright and keep patience

5. Don’t try to avoid your fear. Try getting familiar to it.


So these are the Do's and Don't for the people who are dealing with anxiety and trying to overcome it. I wish your recovery and hope it helps.
